Help me connect Claude Code to my Threads workflow.

Use the exact Claude Code HTTP server instructions on the product's setup page. Start read-only. Do not ask for or accept my Meta or Threads credential. Ask me to place the separate assistant connection key in the client's local secret configuration rather than pasting it into ordinary content. After setup, call threads_get_permissions, explain what you can and cannot do in plain language, then perform one useful read-only account review. Do not request write access.

What happens today

1. Create a workspace and connect the Threads account.
2. Create a separate read-only assistant connection.
3. Add the gateway as an HTTP MCP server with the one-time assistant key stored in the client's local configuration.
4. Reload the client, inspect permissions, and complete one useful read.
