Delete your data
Three separate things you can do, from narrowest to broadest. Each one works on its own — you do not have to do all three.
1. Take an agent’s access away
- Sign in and open your workspace.
- Go to Agents and select the agent.
- Choose Revoke agent.
Every key version for that agent stops working on its next request. Your Threads connection is not affected. This is recorded in your activity history.
2. Disconnect a Threads account
- Sign in and open your workspace.
- Go to Connections and select the account.
- Choose Disconnect.
Readyweek disables the connection and erases its stored encrypted credential. Because the credential is erased rather than marked inactive, it cannot be recovered afterwards. Any agent permissions that pointed at that connection stop being usable. Remove Readyweek from your connected apps in Meta’s settings if you also want to revoke access at Meta.
You can also remove Readyweek’s access from Meta’s own settings for your Threads account. Doing that stops our access immediately, but it does not delete data we already hold, so use step 3 as well if that is what you want.
3. Delete a workspace or your whole account
This is permanent
Deletion removes your connections and their credentials, your agents and their permissions, your synchronized posts, insight snapshots and annotations, your approval history and your activity history. It cannot be undone once it runs.
- Sign in. If you signed in more than ten minutes ago, sign in again — deletion requires recent authentication.
- Open Settings for the workspace.
- Under Delete this workspace, type the workspace slug exactly as shown to confirm, and submit.
- The request is scheduled for 24 hours later. Until then you can cancel it from the same page.
- To delete your whole account, first transfer or delete every workspace you own, then use Delete my account and type your email address exactly to confirm.
Account deletion is blocked while you still own a workspace. Add another owner and remove yourself, or delete the workspace first.
If you cannot sign in
Email [email protected] from the address on the account, with “data deletion” in the subject. We will verify that you control the address before acting.
Removing your email from the guide list
If you gave us an email address for the free guide and want it removed, write to the same address. That record is separate from any Readyweek account and is removed on request.
